Little Dance Stars™
Born in 2021 to Grade SK

A great introduction to dance for your little dancer including Ballet, Hip Hop and Creative Movement plus Parent and Tot classes 

LITTLE DANCE STARS ✨🌟 - ages 2 to Grade SK

 Dance FUNdations™
For Grades 1 - 12

Students can select from one or all dance styles in: ballet, tap,  jazz, hip hop, modern, acro and musical theatre.  These fun, age-appropriate programs focus on establishing a strong foundation in dance

FUNdations 👟🩰 - Grades 1+

LEAD with the ARTS™
For Grades 7 -12

Students in the performance program for Grades 7 and up may be selected for the LEAD with the ARTS program and will learn leadership skills, assisting classes and mentoring younger dancers. Teacher training offered for students ages 16-18. 

LEAD with the Arts 🏆🎭 - Grades 7+

THEATRE STARS
Musical Theatre Production
for Grades 1 -12

Part of the Dance FUNdations Program - For students who love to sing dance and act. You get to be the star of the show being assigned a character to portray and act out in 3 or more performances a year.

Dance Company Program

The Dance Company is our Performing and Competition Team. We offer what part-time competition maximum of 6 hours per week and dance exams with an internationally recognized dance association called the British Association of Teachers of Dancing (BATD).

International Performance Program (IPP)

For students who want a unique and memorable dance experience they can join an additional performance opportunity every 2-3 years with our IPP Program. Destinations include: Disney World Florida 2017, New York City 2019, Disneyland California July 2024 and Paris TBA

DISNEYLAND DANCE PARADE!  Markham School of Dance has been invited to perform in the Disneyland Dance Parade in California! Dancers will be performing on Main Street USA in the Summer Dance Parade July 2024...
